Making sure your successors are well-prepared to take on their positions as the next council year starts might be the most important thing you do in your year. Now that the elections are happening all around the country, it is of great importance to start making strides in preparing for the transition of your tasks to your successors. Do you want to sharpen your skills and work on your plans for the summer transition?

In this next seminar we will be talking about how to prepare your successors to have a successful start of their year working on your portfolios as well as building strong collegial interpersonal relationships.

The seminar will last from 7pm to 9pm. Before this all, you are invited to come have dinner with us starting at 6pm.
