This spring, the Landelijk Overleg Fracties is organising various online training sessions for student councillors. Maybe you have just joined the council, and you want to learn the tricks of the trade? Or maybe you’ve been on the council for some time, and you want to keep developing? In the months January to April, we organise in-depth training courses on student politics. In five online sessions, various topics will be discussed. You can register for each course separately. Negotiation is an important skill in participation, but it is also very difficult. You are involved in the participation of directors who have a lot of experience in negotiating. So it soon happens that you enter into a conversation in good spirits, but realise afterwards that you are empty-handed. How do you steer a conversation in the direction you want? How can you get the most out of a negotiation? And at the same time, how do you ensure that your relationship with the board remains good. During this training session you will learn various techniques that you can apply immediately. There is also room to discuss your own experiences.
